The International Journal of Renewable Energy Development (Int. J. Renew. Energy Dev.; p-ISSN: 2252-4940; e-ISSN: 2716-4519) is an open-access, peer-reviewed journal published by the Center of Biomass and Renewable Energy (CBIORE). The journal aims to advance research and innovation in renewable energy by providing a multidisciplinary platform that connects scientists, engineers, economists, policymakers, industry practitioners, and society.

The journal is indexed in major international databases, including Scopus, SCImago Journal & Country Rank (SJR), Emerging Sources Citation Index (ESCI), and CNKI Scholar. In addition, the journal is accredited as a SINTA 1 journal by the Directorate General of Higher Education, Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia under Decree No. 200/M/KPT/2020.

The journal covers a broad range of topics in renewable and sustainable energy, including photovoltaic technology, solar thermal applications, biomass and bioenergy, wind energy technology, material science and technology, low-energy architecture, geothermal energy, wave and tidal energy, hydropower, hydrogen production technology, energy policy, socio-economic aspects of energy, energy efficiency, energy planning and management, and life cycle assessment.

The journal also welcomes high-quality manuscripts on related interdisciplinary topics, provided they contribute to the broader advancement of renewable energy research and development.
